Come with me…

As I mentioned in a previous post, 2016 is going to be an exciting year for me: I’m dropping down to part-time at my day job to focus on growing my health and kitchen coaching practice, and part of that includes (finally!) the publishing of my cookbook, which I’m tentatively titling Fl!p Your K!tchen.

Several people have come forward with offers of help in testing recipes and editing, and I’m exploring self-publishing options, photography, etc. – it’s really going to happen this time!

I’m now extending an invitation for you to join me on my publishing journey – I’ll be posting about my progress here on the blog, and along the way I’ll be asking for your input and assistance.

Come with me?

There’s a bigger invitation on the way, but for now I’m asking for a little bit of your time:

I’ve created 3 brief online surveys that I would appreciate you completing (you can fill out any/all of them) – each of them covers different aspects of your home cooking practice (or lack thereof), and each will help inform a section of the cookbook and an associated online project.

The surveys will be open through the end of the year and are completely anonymous, so be honest!

You can find the surveys here:

  2. Storage + Expenses
  3. Cooking + Time

Thanks for your time!
