can you relate?
Overworked, overscheduled, overwhelmed, and, frankly, OVER. IT. ALL?
Feel like you’ve been handling everything just fine for 40+ years … and now you suddenly just can’t any more?
Body throwing you curve balls? Emotions all over the place? Exhausted all the time?
Have a million obligations to others, and no clue how you’re going to accomplish everything that needs to get done?
you are not alone.
the (sorta) secret sisterhood can help.
Our online clubhouse offers a safe online community where women can meet and talk about (or just lurk and learn about) what’s going on in our lives and with our bodies, minds, and spirits as we move into our 40s and beyond.
Our mission is to coax our many secret sisterhoods out of the darkness and into the light (OMG—the same thing’s happen to me!)
As women, we support each other in living our own wildest, sweetest dreams and not just surviving but thriving in what—contrary to popular belief—can be the happiest, healthiest decades of our lives.
in our clubhouse, you'll find...
…women sharing about similar experiences on their own health journeys. It’s like a positive version of #metoo.
…experts + resources that will help you not just survive but THRIVE in your 40s and far into the future.
…a wide variety of health coaching activities to support you on your journey—to menopause and beyond!

Liza Baker is a full-time Integrative Nutrition® health coach and nonprofit consultant, self-published author, blogger, and woefully underpaid COO of a busy family of four spread across the globe. She adores her crazy life and brings her passion, knowledge, and experience to the table to reach your health goals and love YOUR life—no matter how crazy it is. Her practice focuses on the under-appreciated, under-listened to, under-taken-care-of, under-valued, overwhelmed, overworked, over-scheduled, overtired, and OVER. IT. ALL. women embarking on their perimenopausal journey.
In addition to guiding the community, Liza offers reduced-rate 1:1 health coaching sessions to women in the clubhouse.
