When we talk about nutrition, we normally think about the foods we put in our mouths, which we certainly need to survive.
In Integrative Nutrition®, we actually consider these foods to be secondary: our primary foods are all the other parts of our lives that nourish us … or don’t. When carefully chosen, these are the foods that can really help us thrive!
