Valentine's workshop

a workshop for me? aww, thanks.

And that’s okay—let’s figure out a better way to health than setting those same goals every year and not reaching them! Because you don’t have to wait until January 1 (or tomorrow, or Monday, or the first of next month) comes around again to get healthy.

The week of February 15–21, I’ll be offering a virtual workshop for anyone who is trying to find their way back to health in 2021. Consider it my Valentine’s gift to you!

Shall we talk about the Quarantine 15 (or—ack—the Covid 19)? We can … and weight loss is not the only topic we’ll cover.

In fact, what we cover will be partly determined by YOU: come with an idea about a health goal you have in mind for the next 3–6 months, and we’ll workshop it together so you have a place to start your journey.

(Yes, I know, “workshop” is a nerb—a verb that used to be a noun—and I’m trying to be more flexible with my language rules, getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.)

While we’re planning your roadtrip to health, you’ll learn some practical tips and tricks to make you journey as easy and sustainable as possible. It’ll be so simple to choose your route at every fork in the road that you’ll find it easy to stay on the right path.

workshop details

Come prepared with:
  • A short-term health goal in mind: more specific is better, so “I want to exercise more” or “I want to make better food choices” or “I want to sleep more” rather than “I want to be fit” or “I want to be healthier” or “I want to have more energy.”
  • A writing utensil
  • A downloadable worksheet will be provided, or you can use a notepad or journal
The workshop will be offered at four different times on Zoom—space is limited, and registration is required. Pick a date and let’s do this!

Nope, sorry, not sending out replays because this workshop works best live—and you’ll notice that I’ve picked three weekday times and one weekend time, so I’m hopeful you can make at least one of them work?

See you in a workshop soon!
